Diamond core drilling and opening work are critical processes that determine the precision of equipment and construction work. Because your work directly affects a building's safety and functionality, it comes with real responsibility and a strong sense of accomplishment. You can also gain specialized skills such as X-ray inspection, growing into a highly valued technician. Since work is always done in pairs, we carefully guide those with no experience through job-site logistics and basic tasks from the start. Qualifications such as X-Ray Radiation Protection Supervisor come with better pay. Even with no experience, you'll start at a competitive ¥300,000/month, with further income growth as you gain experience.

You'll handle general office work at our office. We expect a working level of Word and Excel skills. Office experience in the construction industry is a big plus, but experience in office work in any industry means you can contribute right away. You'll be able to take your days off reliably, making it easy to balance work and personal life. Those with no experience can learn the basics on the job.

You'll conduct safety patrols to confirm that work is proceeding safely at each site and attend regular disaster-prevention council meetings, supporting the company from behind the scenes. The role is similar to route sales, and depending on the situation, you may also help win new projects. You won't be handed responsibilities on your own from day one — we provide proper training, so you can feel at ease.
