Services

Specialized construction work essential to every building, centered on concrete core drilling and non-destructive testing — handled end to end in-house.

A technician drilling a hole into a concrete floor with a diamond core drill

Diamond Core Drilling

We use high-speed rotating diamond-tipped bits to precisely drill holes in concrete for water, drainage, and electrical piping, as well as openings for partition removal and new access points. We handle diameters from 12.5 to 600 mm. Because the process uses water injection, it is low-noise, vibration-free, and dust-free. We anchor the equipment to walls or floors as standard, using suction mounts where anchoring is not possible.

An inspection site with a grid marked on a concrete surface for X-ray scanning

X-Ray Inspection

A technique for inspecting the interior of walls, floors, and other structures without damaging them. It reveals the position of rebar, piping, and voids inside concrete, helping confirm safety before work such as core drilling or chipping. Our vehicle is equipped with a dedicated darkroom for on-site film processing, enabling accurate and safe construction planning.

Scanning the interior of a concrete floor with a handheld RC radar device

RC Radar Scanning

We use dedicated electromagnetic radar to non-destructively scan reinforced concrete for rebar, cover thickness, and voids. Harmless to the human body, this method is suitable for occupied facilities such as hospitals and for single-sided inspection. It precisely identifies position and depth, allowing rapid safety checks before core drilling or anchor installation.

Anchor bolts neatly set into a concrete foundation

Anchor Installation

This work involves drilling holes into concrete and other materials and embedding bolts or fittings to secure structures. It supports a wide range of applications, including mounting equipment and piping, installing machinery, and seismic reinforcement. We use cast-in or post-installed anchors depending on the application, and confirm quality with pull-out testing.

A worker wearing dust protection while chipping concrete with a power tool

Concrete Chipping

This work uses dedicated machinery and tools to shave or partially demolish hard structures such as concrete, asphalt, and tile. It is used mainly in renovation, demolition, and equipment work to create openings for piping and wiring. We keep the impact on the surrounding area to a minimum while ensuring accuracy and safety.

A job site where sleeves and inserts are set in place before concrete is poured

Sleeve & Insert Installation

Sleeve and insert installation places openings (sleeves) for piping and wiring, and embedded fittings (inserts) for securing equipment, at designated positions in a building's concrete structure before the concrete is poured.

A worker demolishing interior walls and ceiling

Interior Demolition

This work removes existing ceiling, wall, and floor finishes, fixtures, and equipment as part of renovation or restoration projects. We check the demolition scope and the condition of existing fixtures in advance, taking care not to damage the parts left in place or the structural frame. We enforce strict dust and noise control and safety management, and dispose of waste materials properly in accordance with the law.
